UEFA EURO

For three consecutive UEFA European Championships (2016, 2020, and 2024), I was responsible for leading the pre-production workflow and coordinating a team of editors delivering content throughout the tournament. Working in a fast-paced environment, I oversaw footage organization, editing processes, quality control, and content delivery across multiple platforms. Managing a team of more than 10 editors during EURO 2020 and EURO 2024, I helped ensure consistent output, efficient collaboration, and on-time delivery under demanding deadlines.
